    • Stalls at the Lords Flea Market are offered at a highly subsidized fee of ₹299.

    • Once a stall is booked, cancellation is not permitted and the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • If a registered participant/team fails to show up on the day of the event or cancels at the last moment, a penalty of ₹2,500 will be charged.

    • Failure to pay the penalty will result in the amount being adjusted against the participant’s college or examination fees.

  • Purpose of the Initiative

    • The Lords Flea Market is a celebration of entrepreneurship, creativity, and passion, not merely a profit-driven activity.

    • The initiative discourages simple resale of goods for profit.

    • For example, purchasing cakes from the market for ₹20 and selling them for ₹25 will not be allowed.

    • On the other hand, teams that create, manufacture, or produce their own goods or services (e.g., baking cakes, crafting items, building prototypes) are highly encouraged to sell at any reasonable price or MRP.

  • Food and Consumables Policy

    • Only pre-packed and ready-to-serve food items are permitted for sale.

    • Cooking or distribution of freshly prepared food at the venue is strictly prohibited for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Clean-Up and Waste Management

    • Each stall owner/team is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around their allotted space.

    • All leftovers, packaging, covers, or waste generated must be cleared and disposed of by the respective team at the end of the event.
